I used the online portal to sign up and everything was super convenient and easy.. until it glitched out, and I didn't know if I had signed up or not. Staff at the Cobble Hill location made sure to contact me promptly during their business hours and were super understanding and helpful. They l knew exactly what to do . When I came in to try and use my code I met Mohammed, whom pleasantly explained the whole process to me and made every thing super easy. Units are clean secure and help is available. Great business! Mohammad at Mini Mall Storage is really easy to work with and takes the time to explain the process, pricing and access. I’ve been storing my items there for about 4 months and it’s been a painless process. Price is fair and the location is central with lots of space.

Very responsive and helpful. Easy to get set up with a storage unit. Great to have an option so close to our home in Cobble Hill.
