Mini Mall Storage - Cobble Hill

As a mover I deal with Mini Mall because of their access and Steve is a great guy, and good customer service! But like I said access everything is right there easy fast load or unload.

I moved to the Cobble Hill area a year ago, downsizing from a larger house and property, so rented 3 units at Mini Mall. Steve, the location manager, handled the paperwork quickly and professionally and I was done there in less than 10 minutes. He's a calm, quiet friendly guy - even gave me his cell phone # so I could reach him after office hours, which I did several times as I had questions and as my payment methods changed while settling into life in a new community. I was a bit surprised to see him early one morning trimming the tall grass around the perimeter fence of the property but I got used to seeing him pulling thistles and doing other maintenance. And when my padlock seized up he was there right away to cut it off. All in all, I'm very pleased with the units at Mini Mall locations in Cobble Hill and specially pleased with the service by Steve.

I had an excellent experience with Mini Mall Cobble Hill. Steve was very friendly and thorough, going above expectation. Storage locker was spotless and when I needed additional assistance, Steve was on site right away. 👏🙏

We had a unit at the annex on Fisher Road. It was so damp that there was mold on the plastic lids. The heater is a joke, it runs on a timer. Don't store anything in cardboard boxes! They will fall apart when you pick them up.
